He joined the School Education Department, Government of Punjab, as a physical education teacher in 2018, delivering programmes at elementary level, running sports competitions and assessing student physical performance.
Since 2024 he has been Head of Institute, responsible for academic and administrative operations, supervising 300+ students, 15 teaching staff and 5 non-teaching staff, and supporting curriculum implementation and educational quality standards.
His doctorate at the University of Sindh, Jamshoro, examines the effect of plyometric training on motor fitness components and digging agility among male national volleyball players of Pakistan. His M.Phil looked at what motivates and what stops students from taking part in sport.
